I would not have stayed here if better were available due to India v England T20 international. However I arrived, to a terrible reception, no wifi or help getting connected. I finally got connected on the 2nd day for a few hours of very weak signal. The shower had no head and just spouted out a hole in the wall. The fridge was off and when I asked next day they switched it on but never got very cold. Breakfast was hard work and they could make tea and toast, with an omelette if you could make them understand. Not the best experience in the world.

good location , food is fab , rooms are well crafted and had a comfortable stay . staff was really freindly and supportive -- value of money service was a bit of concern during late hours , eat 4 yumm meal in a day

This is good hotel to stay in Kanpur quiat costly but value of money. Located on civil lines just 5 kms from Kanpur Centeral railway station. I visited there for dinner and found yummi test. Resturant quality and food quality is excellent. Must visit if you feeling hungry near to civil lines in Kanpur.

This hotel was booked by my company for a business trip. The rooms were clean, good and well maintained. The food was little overprices. Complementary breakfast was not so good. They gave me old pickle with paranthas and the curd was stinking. Overall a good stay. Food in Lunch was delicious.
